Built in 1940 by merchant Lec Shkreli, this villa showcases Italian rationalist architecture and has hosted military leaders and officials for decades.

Reopened in 2017 as a bar and restaurant, and expanded in 2022 into a boutique hotel & restaurant, Villa Casablanca blends historic charm with modern hospitality — now one of Shkodra’s most iconic and loved destinations
